Delivery conditions:

The material will be delivered to the address specified by the customer.

The estimated delivery date may be communicated to the customer at the time of ordering.

The shipment will take place once the confirmation of the same is received, by means of the reception of the direct payment or of the entrance by transfer, of the total amount of the purchase. If the payment is made by bank transfer, the shipment will not take place until said transfer has been made in our bank account, which may take 1 to 3 business days.

The shipment, unless there are circumstances beyond its control, will occur within a maximum period of 5 working days from the confirmation of the order.

Shipments outside the peninsular national territory, consult delivery times with our sales agents and / or logistics department.

Deliveries on holidays and weekends

The delivery period indicated above may be affected if the order is placed during the weekend or on holidays, since, on the one hand, the order will be processed the next business day and, in addition, our transport partners do not work the Sundays or holidays.

It should also be borne in mind that, if the payment of an order is made during the weekend or on a holiday, it will be counted and its departure from the warehouse will be prepared the next business day.

Delays or delays in delivery

If for some reason we do not send the order within 5 days after receiving the payment, we will inform the customer about the incident that caused the delay. It is also possible to request information from our agents by telephone at 965508635. Shipments outside the peninsula, consult deadlines with our sales agents and / or logistics department.

If the requested product is out of stock in our warehouses and replenishment is required by the supplier, delays may also result in the delivery of the order made by the customer.


The availability of the products offered is subject to the volume of stocks available in the facilities of and its suppliers.

In case of proven non-availability of the requested product, CAJAS Y MOTORES will inform the customer as soon as he becomes aware of this circumstance, indicating the new expected delivery date, which may or may not be accepted by the customer.

If certain items included in the order are not available or all of them were out of stock, and the customer will not accept the products that could replace them or they did not exist, will proceed to make the refund in 24, 48 or 72 following hours, at most.

CAjasyMotores could not be held liable for breach of the contract concluded in the event of a stock break or non-availability of the product, force majeure, total or partial disruption or strike of postal services, means of transport and / or communications, flood or fire. For all indirect damages due to these, loss of productivity, loss of profit, damages or expenses, which could occur due to the purchase of the products, CajasyMotores will not incur any responsibility.
